I’m Daniela Pesconi-Arthur, author, writing, poet, coach, teacher, friend, beach lover, and world traveler. I would like to personally invite you here into my little world. You can find the different novels I’ve written, coaching programs, and programs for aspiring authors. I believe writing is more than just putting words on a piece of paper. Writing for me is a way to see into a person’s soul. To understand more than just a feeling or a moment. Writing is a way to heal, to understand, and to grow.
Are you ready to be transported to the sweet and delicious world of Love and Pizza? I now officially invite you to dive in to the world of Carolina and her adventures in Napoli. The Kindle ebook has been out since Feb/16, and now we also have it in paperback!!! How exciting is it? You can get yours on any Amazon.
“Loveandpizza.it” is a romantic comedy, perfect for the chick lit aficionados. If you are a fan of Marian Keyes, Katie Fforde, Jill Mansell, Sophie Kinsella (the “Shopaholic” series), Jojo Moyes (“Me Before You”, which was made into a film), Jane Green, Maeve Binchy, – then this book is for you!
Are you passionate about all things Italian (Italian food, Italian language, Italian culture), or perhaps you are going to spend holidays (or even a quick visit) in Naples? If you are, this book is also for you, and you can find Naples sightseeing tips (yes, a different Naples travel guide), including Capri, Pompeii, Ercolano and the great Vesuvius. There are also some insights on the Neapolitan mafia, the Camorra.
I’m inviting you to the wonderful world of chick lit! Chick lit is one of my favourite genres to read and my genre of choice to write in. What I expect to do with this project/research and creative writing is to achieve a new level in creating a chick lit novel, and to help you to do the same. Can chick lit be used as a tool for women empowerment and self-discovery? What do you think?
ADORO inventar palavras e, dependendo do meu nível de empolgação… vírgula pra quê, me diz! AMO escrever. Afff…) (UPDATE: eu já descobri!!!)
For quite some time I’ve been juggling a few “roles” alongside my full time job… I must confess I wasn’t being very effective, and even though I was doing things I really love to do, due to the amount of things I was trying to juggle, overwhelm and frustration were a constant in my life. […]

Hi all, Completely new post (after a little hiatus, sorry…), starting another Ultimate Blog Challenge, and this time with something completely new: Say hello to “CraftsBea™”. This week’s #MemoriesSunday is a “recycled” post from The Writing Shed. I spent the whole week searching the memories cupboard in my brain, and sometimes even got down the stairs to the one in my heart, but the memories stored in this one are still a bit raw, so I decided to leave them alone […]
